Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to meet the mental health needs of patients.
• Deliver and assist with mental health interventions in line with trust policies and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the wider care team to provide support and reassurance.
• Support care delivery frameworks to ensure the organisation of high-quality mental health services.
• Uphold professional standards in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
