We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PICU Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing specialised care to critically ill children in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit, working closely with families and a multi disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver complex care for critically ill children in the PICU.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patients’ conditions, using advanced clinical skills.
• Administer specialised treatments and operate life-support equipment as per protocols.
• Provide emotional support and clear communication to families during challenging times.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care.
• Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and PICU-specific guidelines.
